UPS GROUND (USA only)

Delivery Time: 2 -10 days (Depending on destination).
UPS Ground orders generally ship within 2 business days unless one or more items is backordered. Our policy is to ship the entire order when the backordered item arrives unless requested otherwise by the customer. In such case, extra shipping charges do apply.

UPS 3 Day Select (USA only)

UPS packages are shipped Monday through Friday only.
Delivery by the end of the third business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

UPS Next Day Air (USA only)

UPS packages are shipped Monday through Friday only.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

UPS Second Day Air (USA only)

UPS packages are shipped Monday through Friday only.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day.

UPS Canada (USA and Canada only)

UPS packages are shipped Monday through Friday only.
Delivery time: 7 to 14 days including customs clearance.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Real-time Cost: Calculated at checkout. Cost: Varies by location, calculated at checkout. Recipient is responsible for all importation duties/customs charges.

UPS International Expedited

UPS packages are shipped Monday through Friday only.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

Important Information

Our policy is to ship the entire order when the backordered item arrives unless requested otherwise by the customer. In such case, extra shipping charges do apply. Exceptions include orders with problematic delivery addresses (see below) and/or merchandise/stock issues. All shipping addresses must be valid USPS or UPS deliverable addresses.
