Returns

All returns packages must be postmarked within 21 days of the original delivery date. Please indicate on the invoice which items you are returning. Merchandise must have hangtag attached. Please fold garments neatly and include the signed and dated return policy/invoice. Carelessly crumpled garments that require ironing will be subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Returns (not exchanges) totalling $300.00 or more will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

Island Importer may not always carry large quantities or every size of the items you need. Therefore, we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise following our return instructions, and place a new order. Our website reflects available stock as accurately as possible. Please allow us up to one week from receipt of your return package to process your return and credit you card. We will email you a Return/Exchange Acknowledgement upon completion.
