New Return Procedure

Returns

It is important for us to provide a worry-free shopping experience for our valued customers. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 45 day return period (from date of purchase) on all garments. However, we ask that you please respect our return policy by not returning laundered, worn, or soiled merchandise.

  1. Initiate your return request.  Upon approval we will email you a prepaid return label. 
  2. Refund amount will be for total value of returned merchandise, less the flat rate cost of your return label:
    $11.00 for returns weighing more than 15 ozs.    $5.00 for returns weighing less than 15 ozs.

Original shipping cost are non-refundable.  You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.  Please allow at least 24 hrs after issuance for your refund to post online.

Exchanges

If you would like make an exchange for a different item, size, or color, please take the following steps:

  1. Initiate your exchange request.  Be sure to check the "Exchange" box next to the applicable item/s.
  2. Upon approval, we will email you a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
  3. Mail all items for return/exchange together using a print out of our return label. 
  4. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue you a refund of total merchandise value. 
  5. On our website, place a new order for the items/size/color you wish to exchange for.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning/exchanging items from multiple orders, you may send them together in one package, using a single prepaid return label.

We cannot accept returns of garments that are:

- Damaged
- Soiled
- Covered in pet hair
- Clearly worn beyond trying on
- Laundered
- Missing hang tags
- Outside of the 45 day return time frame
- Clearance, final sale items

Custom Orders

For obvious reasons, custom orders are non-returnable unless garments are flawed and/or not made according to the measurements you provided. In such cases, we will gladly remake your order. Custom orders may not be canceled or refunded 24 hours after order placement.

International Orders and Self-Paid Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for international order.  Please mail your returns to the following address:
