Enter your standard pant size for jeans or slacks.  For example:  34/32, where 34 is the pant "waist size", and 32 is the inseam length.  
Please note:  Standard pant "waist size" is typically 2 inches less than your physical waist circumference (body measurement).  

1. Take a pair of pants that fits you/him well.  Button and zip them up, then lay them on a flat surface.
2. Pull the pant waist completely straight, taking care to line up the top edges of the front and back of the waist to get an accurate measurement.
3. Measure the pant waist across the belt line from one side to the other, the double this measurement.
