DELIVERY INFORMATION

Regular delivery for custom order is 4 - 6 weeks. Custom orders requiring expedited delivery, i.e. those submitted less than eight weeks in advance, will be subject to an expediting fee starting at $30 for the first garment, and $10 for each additional. This fee includes Global Fedex delivery, directly from our factory to your door. Expedited delivery for suits is $55 per suit, with a maximum charge of $375. Expedited delivery is not available on Havana Suits and wedding dresses.

Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for expedited delivery of your custom order.

Note: Custom orders are non-refundable unless garment is flawed and/or not made according to the measurements you provided. In such cases, we will gladly remake your order. Custom orders may not be canceled or refunded 24 hours after order placement.
